I want to give some feedback on the crew from Anchorage Building Services.
They were in charge of the CoS modification works at Loganlea, and have also been sent out to do some repairs in other houses separate to this process.
Their work has been of top standard. They put care and attention into the tasks they do. The fellas interact well with the clients, making sure to say hello, good bye and taking the time to ask about their day. They are great at communicating what is going on, why it is happening and keeping them up to date on their progress.
Once their jobs are completed, the clean up after themselves and take pride in leaving their work area sparkling. It is nice to see care being put into the work that is being organised for the service centre.
Hi John, fantastic feedback & well done to you & your team. Please pass on my congratulations and thanks to your Team as they have obviously made a positive impression on our Client.

August 2020 saw the start of something BIG at House 3 Loganlea! Due to the generous support of the CoS program, a full renovation of the main bathroom was able to be undertaken to meet the specific support needs of Ms Corallee Fisher. These renovations caused huge excitement in the house for all of the clients. Due to the great work of Senior Program Officers Aaron Butteriss (Property Services) and Libby Nock (Service Support and Development) , as well as the expertise of Jon Cleary (Director – Anchorage Building Services) Ms Fisher was not required to leave her home to accommodate the works – they built her a temporary bedroom in the dining room! The work that was undertaken was extensive and both Aaron and Jon worked closely with Ms Fisher and her support crew to make sure that every last bit of the renovations was built to suit Ms Fishers needs.
The finished product is outstanding. Not only is the room beautiful, but everything from the shower curtains to the ceiling hoist was designed to assist Ms Fisher to remain as independent as possible, for as long as possible. On behalf of Ms Fisher, thank you to all who contributed to such a positive outcome – from her RCO Support Team through to the tradies who took to time to update the clients on a regular basis, your efforts are appreciated!!!
